Refund policy

At Noor Fatima Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

3. Exchange Policy

If you receive the wrong size, wrong product, or a defective item, we will gladly arrange an exchange subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A replacement product of equal value.

  • Store credit.

  • A refund (where applicable).

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only approved in the following situations:

  • The ordered item is unavailable after payment.

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received an incorrect product and a replacement is unavailable.

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

5. Return Process

To request a return or refund:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number along with clear photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect).

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange or refund.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Noor Fatima Collection.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead follow this Return & Refund Policy.
